Meet the team 

Dr. Marc Hinson is a proud Plant City native who graduated from Plant City High school in 2005. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida before completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy the University of North Florida in Jacksonville in 2013. After gaining experience in his field, Marc returned to his hometown in 2016, drawn by the close-knit community and small-town charm that makes Plant City unique. In 2022, he became the owner of Allcare Rehabilitation, continuing its legacy of quality care following the retirement of longtime owner Dan Manfre.  Marc married his wife, Makiko, in 2014 after the two met in physical therapy school. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time together, playing with their two dogs, watching movies, and traveling when they can. Marc is grateful to serve the community he calls home and is proud to be back where it all began  

Dr. Samantha Scholpp is a dual credentialed physical therapist and certified athletic trainer. She earned her B.S in athletic training from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015 and her Doctorate in physical therapy from Florida International University in 2020. She has worked in the physical therapy and athletic training field since 2013 with populations including children, athletes, and geriatrics. She has extensive experience in sports medicine, pre-/post- operative physical therapy and manual therapy.

Amy is a skilled Physical Therapist assistant and licensed massage therapist in Plant City Florida. She’s passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility and fell their best through personalized, hand-on care. Outside of the clinic, Amy enjoys music, festivals, movies and spending time with friends and family.

Destiny is our office manager and has been a valued part of Allcare for many years, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. She is dedicated to helping patients receive the care they deserve from start to finish. Outside of the office, Destiny is a Plant City local and a proud mom of three boys who keep her on her toes. She enjoys spending weekends relaxing by the pool with family and friends.

Jessica is our front desk receptionist, always ready to welcome you with a warm smile. She’s a busy mom of five who fill her life with love, laughter, and plenty of adventure. When she’s not spending time with her family , Jessica enjoys crafting - Transforming simple items into something truly special. She brings that same passion and creativity into her work, and takes pride in making her work space and home warm, welcoming and full of personality.
